We?re looking for a high-performing Phone Sales Closer to take our phone sales to the next level by closing inbound leads with confidence and efficiency.

The Role
This role is laser-focused on closing sales over the phone. You?ll handle inbound leads, convert them into paying customers, and contribute to the growth of That 1 Detailer. While your primary responsibility is sales, you?ll also play a supporting role in maintaining customer satisfaction, promoting referrals and reviews, and helping us refine our sales processes. This is a performance-based role with significant advancement opportunities for top performers.

Responsibilities
? Close Qualified Leads: Handle inbound leads, overcome objections, and close sales efficiently and effectively using our sales call framework.
? Drive Sales Performance: Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, helping to drastically improve overall phone sales.
? Build Trust: Establish rapport with prospects and ensure a professional, positive experience.
? Support Customer Success: Help maintain relationships, promote referral and review programs, and contribute to customer satisfaction efforts.
? Improve Systems: Provide feedback on scripts and processes to enhance sales efficiency and results.
? Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, calls, and sales activity.

What We?re Looking For
? Proven Sales Closer: Extensive experience in phone-based closing sales with a strong track record of results.
? Automotive Industry Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with automotive services, ceramic coatings, or related industries is a plus but not required.
? Performance-Driven: A self-starter who thrives on exceeding goals in a commission-based environment.
? Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills.
