Key Responsibilities
? Maintain a strong pipeline and demonstrate proven production capabilities.
? Work with a variety of loan types, including home purchases, refinancing, and cash-out loans.

Requirements
? Valid NMLS license.
? At least 1 year of experience in loan origination.
? Proven track record with 3+ units closed monthly or $750K in originations.
? Experience with Encompass is a plus.
? Ability to work remotely.
