About Us:

C1 Staffing is a rapidly growing light-industrial staffing company, managing over 350 full-time workers with plans to scale to over $40M in annual payroll by the end of Q2. We?re seeking a proactive and experienced Payroll Specialist to help us build out and refine payroll processes as we grow.

Responsibilities: ? Process weekly payroll for all temp workers, ensuring accuracy in hours and invoicing. ? Manage workers? compensation and payroll tax filings. ? Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. ? Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries promptly. ? Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll systems and enhance efficiency.

? A professional who can eventually lead a payroll team as we scale.
? Experience in a startup or high-growth company is appreciated but not required.

Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role. ? Strong understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. ? Proficiency with payroll software. ? Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:
? Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year
