Responsibilities
? Collect facts about accidents and investigate claim details.

? Assist Spanish-speaking policyholders during the claims process.

Requirements
? Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

? Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

? Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

? Must have an active Adjusters insurance license to be eligible for the sign-on bonus.
