Responsibilities
? Lead, mentor, and manage a team of individual contributors to achieve and exceed sales quotas.

? Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to develop the team's skills and ensure high levels of productivity.

? Hire, develop, and retain a world-class sales force.

? Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

? Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and customer success teams to maximize sales opportunities.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the East Coast market.

? Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the East Coast market.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree
,
? At least 7 years of experience in enterprise software sales
,
? At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role
,
? At least 5 years of experience in business development using a CRM Software
,
? At least 3 years of experience with people management
,
? At least 5 years of experience prospecting new business

Nice-to-haves
? MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Law

? 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
,
? Strong problem-solving skills
,
? Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions

? Strong written and oral communication skills
,
? Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in new markets

? Experience in Cloud Data Management, Cloud Economics, or Cloud Financial Management solutions
