Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities: ? Present P&C insurance products via phone or virtual meetings ? Assess clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions ? Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service ? Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets ? Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client retention

Requirements

What You Bring:
? Active Colorado Property & Casualty Insurance License
? Proven sales experience (Insurance sales experience preferred)
? Strong communication and presentation skills (virtual selling experience a plus)
? Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
? Results-driven and committed to exceeding expectations
? Familiarity with CRM software and virtual sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Salesforce)
? Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
