Key activities for the Sales Representative include:
? Own Your Territory: Drive growth in North America by leading end-to-end sales cycles?from the first ?hello? to contract signature.
? Close Big Deals: Take charge of strategic opportunities, present EIS?s platform to senior leaders, and close multi-million-dollar SaaS deals.
? Land and Expand: Develop a killer account strategy to grow existing relationships and upsell/cross-sell like a pro.
? Be the Face of EIS: Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to rep the brand, build your network, and generate new business.
? Stay in the Know: Keep a pulse on market trends and client challenges, positioning yourself as their trusted advisor.
? Collaborate and Win: Work with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to tailor solutions and deliver an incredible client experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
? Sales Rockstar: Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in B2B, enterprise software sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Development / Sales Development with recent experience in an Account Executive or Sales Director capacity as a quota carrier.
? Bonus points for benefits and/or life & annuities experience!
? Closer Mentality: Proven track record of smashing your quota and closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.
? Relationship Builder: You know how to connect with people at every level?from managers to C-suite leaders?and build long-term partnerships.
? Storyteller: You can break down complex solutions into compelling stories that get clients excited.
? Market Insider: You know the ins and outs of insurance trends like digital transformation, policy admin, claims, and customer engagement.
? Self-Starter: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of your success.
? Tech-Savvy: You?re comfortable using Salesforce and sales tools to keep your pipeline organized and moving.
? A track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals by understanding multifaceted technical requirements and crafting tailored solutions with a strong preference with proven background in the Life & Annuities or Group Benefits world.
? Demonstrated experience in the Insurance industry.
? Record of meeting and exceeding quota on highly complex, multi million dollar enterprise B2B software / SaaS offerings.
? Demonstrated strategic and analytical sales approach with focus on building relationships with clients.
? Thorough understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and show a methodical approach to moving opportunities through this cycle.
? Ability to perform as a self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture while being independent in managing your business.
? Ability to analyze market trends and business data.
? Proven capability to negotiate effectively; balancing value and time to close.
? Demonstrably high levels of business/financial acumen and emotional intelligence
? Possess the ability to understand complex client strategies and tactical. requirements and to clearly articulate the company?s offerings to develop solutions that deliver value.

Compensation
The targeted salary range for this position is $100,000 - 130,000 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive commission as part of your OTE and stock options as part of our offer, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
