The Field Implementation Coach (FIC) role at State Farm focuses on assisting independent contract agents in adopting marketing and technology processes to enhance their business objectives and customer experience. This position involves direct engagement with agents through face-to-face interactions, as well as support via computer and phone channels. The FIC will work remotely but must reside within a specified territory in Palm Beach, FL, and is expected to work extended hours and travel occasionally.
Responsibilities
? Engage with independent agents to influence the adoption of marketing and technology processes.

? Provide ongoing coaching and support to agents through various communication channels.

? Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Market Area Executive Leadership to execute activations and deployments.

? Demonstrate strong influence and maintain a results-oriented approach in coaching agents.

? Drive adoption of enterprise initiatives and market area priorities.
Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education is desired.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and Word.

? Strong relationship building skills and initiative to work collaboratively in a team environment.

? Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data and reports.

? Strong written and oral communication skills.
