Position Summary:

We are looking for a Loan Processing Manager to join our residential / commercial loan processing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to clients, external partners, and internal departments while ensuring the efficient and timely processing of loans.

Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential as you gather information, address inquiries, and manage any last-minute changes to finalize the loan funding process. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

? Enter new loan applications into the loan origination system, and prepare Estimated Settlement Statements and Letters of Intent (LOIs) for all loan structures.

? Reconcile and organize application information and review items for qualification.

? Order and secure third-party documents such as title, credit reports, appraisals, and any other required items for the loan files.

? Serve as a liaison between clients, internal staff, brokers, title companies, and other

parties to respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and obtain necessary

documentation for the file.

? Manage a loan pipeline of 20 to 30 loans, resolving any issues or conditions efficiently

as the file progresses from initial receipt through funding.

? Prepare and review mortgage loan files to ensure compliance with investor guidelines

and submit files outside of guidelines to the Credit Committee for approval.

? Ensure all loan files submitted to underwriting are complete and accurate, including pre-underwriting the borrower and loan file (loan structure, terms, cash reserves, borrower experience, escrow/title documentation, and initial risk evaluation).

? Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced,

deadline-driven environment.

? Strong ability to prioritize and multitask independently, meeting multiple deadlines and working effectively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Education:
? High school or equivalent (Preferred)
