Provide excellent customer service to Humana members by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
Act as the first point of contact for members, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions and resources.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively relay complex information to members, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their benefits and services.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Humana?s products, services, and policies to accurately address member inquiries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities to maintain a high level of expertise in the healthcare industry.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of member interactions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution and member satisfaction.
Act as a brand ambassador for Humana, promoting our values and mission to improve the health and well-being of our members.
