Licensed P&C Insurance Agent

Munoz, Ghezlan & Co. Ltd., a boutique financial institution with a growing Mortgage Department. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent to join our team. This is a unique partnership opportunity for an entrepreneurial professional who has managed their own P&C insurance business and is looking to collaborate with a forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities: ? Collaborate with our Mortgage Department to offer P&C insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs. ? Leverage your expertise to guide clients in selecting appropriate insurance products. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with realtors, loan officers, and other key stakeholders. ? Provide exceptional customer service to our expanding client base. ? Drive growth by aligning insurance offerings with our financial institution's goals.

Requirements: ? Active P&C insurance license (required). ? Proven experience running your own P&C insurance agency or shop. ? Strong understanding of P&C products, underwriting processes, and compliance. ? Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of business development. ? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. ? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
