Purpose

Aldridge Pite LLP has an immediate need for a processor in its bankruptcy department.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities
? Review daily reports to ensure that files are handled efficiently and timely
? Review information and documents provided to determine if referral is warranted
? Preparation of Motions for Relief from Stay, Assignments and Reaffirmation Agreements
? Provide support to paralegals, management and attorneys
? Assist with additional projects as needed

Job Requirements
? Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required
? Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required

General Competencies
? Must have the ability to communicate with attorneys
? Must have the ability to interpret client systems
? Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
? Must be organized and multi-task oriented
? Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
