Relationship Coordinator - Analyst
Posted 2025-03-14About the position
As a Relationship Coordinator at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in supporting one or more bankers in maintaining key client relationships and revenue streams. This position serves as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, acting independently as a liaison between clients, bankers, and operations staff. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. Your role will involve substantial direct interaction with clients and prospects, where you will field inquiries, conduct research, prepare presentations, and execute special requests. You will need to have a general knowledge of all Private Wealth Management products and services, as well as the guidelines and procedures that govern them. This knowledge will enable you to research account transaction records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation on client activities. Your ability to manage client relationships effectively will be key to your success in this role, as you will be expected to handle problems before they escalate and provide timely follow-up for assigned projects. In addition to client interaction, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, correspondence, and records in accordance with company policy. You will facilitate client-directed transactions, including account closures and maintenance, and manage new client adoptions, ensuring compliance with Know Your Client (KYC) regulations.
