About the position

As an Operations Analyst within PNC's Account Reconcilement Processing (ARP) Group, you will be responsible for executing routine and complex transactions related to account reconciliations. This entry-level position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining punctual attendance. The role involves comparing client check images with posted numbers, routing requests based on outcomes, and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The position is primarily based in Cleveland, Ohio, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, and offers the flexibility to work from home after initial training.

Responsibilities
? Execute routine and complex transactions utilizing standard procedures.

? Process and reconcile transactions of varying risk and financial value according to established policies.

? Identify and address exceptions, resolving escalated items as necessary.

? Partner with internal service partners to route calls and documents to complete transactions.

? Ensure availability of materials and documentation to complete transactions.

? Provide responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests for specialized products.

? Participate in process improvement projects and assist in training new hires.
