CRA Senior Residential Loan Manager

The position is responsible for the effective management of multiple residential loan sales teams at Associated Bank. The role involves ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, recruiting and training Residential Loan Officers, and developing relationships with branch and market managers. The individual will supervise a team of loan officers and assistants, manage sales efforts, and represent the company at community functions while achieving CRA service goals.
Responsibilities
? Manage multiple residential loan sales teams effectively.

? Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations.

? Recruit, hire, train, and develop Residential Loan Officers in various regions.

? Develop relationships with Branch and Market Managers.

? Assist with reporting and technical training for new hires.

? Represent the company at community functions and industry meetings.

? Supervise a team of 12 or more residential loan officers and assistants.

? Expand and deepen customer relationships by identifying needs and matching them with resources.

? Provide coverage for meetings and management when necessary.

? Establish clear individual and team goals for CRA sales efforts.

? Motivate the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
,
? Ensure regular business development calls by residential loan officers.
,
? Develop and implement strategic plans for achieving sales team goals.
,
? Work closely with loan processing and underwriting teams to manage loan pipeline.
Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Real Estate or equivalent experience.

? 2-4 years of experience in mortgage lending and sales management.
,
? Experience working with home buyer counseling agencies and community organizations.
