Conduct thorough analysis of surety claims to determine their validity and potential impact on the company.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather all necessary information and documentation for claim processing.
Utilize company systems and tools to accurately record and track claim data.
Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement in claims processes.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on their claims and address any concerns.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in accordance with company and industry standards.
Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and providing helpful solutions.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the claims process.
Contribute to the development and improvement of claims policies and procedures.
Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to surety claims.
Identify and escalate any potential fraudulent claims to the appropriate department.
Document all claim activities and maintain accurate records for auditing purposes.
Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Provide support to the team by assisting with special projects and tasks as needed.
