AvMed, a division of Sentara Health Plans in the Florida market, is hiring an Onsite Client Management Lead in Sunrise, Florida. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office at our Doral location, 1 day in the office at our City of Sunrise location, and 2 days remote. The Client Management Lead achieves personal client management production requirements while providing guidance to the team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong external relationships with prospects, clients, and agents, while also informing and sharing needs, realities, and experiences related to the Commercial Group market. The Client Management Lead brings a sense of urgency to identifying roadblocks and developing solutions to meet growth and profit targets within the Commercial Group market. This position acts as a Subject Matter Expert on all issues related to the needs and expectations of the employer group. The essential job functions include developing and maintaining relationships with customer groups, brokers, and consultants, as well as client administrators, staff members, and employees. The Client Management Lead is responsible for delivering an exceptional client/member experience that demonstrates AvMed's service standards and values. This role also involves resolving day-to-day client issues by evaluating situations, determining when to escalate, and recommending solutions. The Client Management Lead serves as a liaison between the client and AvMed departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client and member issues, providing clarification and education on AvMed products, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role includes monitoring membership eligibility, reconciling discrepancies, providing COBRA administration, and performing audits as needed. The Client Management Lead handles more complex and critical client issues, supports the Client Management team in planning and coordinating the annual renewal process, and assists in open enrollment meetings to familiarize existing and potential members with the benefits offered. This position is also responsible for facilitating wellness initiatives and visiting assigned clients on a scheduled basis. The Client Management Lead is expected to accomplish or exceed retention, profitability, and growth goals related to assigned commercial accounts, contribute to the development of innovative Client Management initiatives, and provide operational input to product development processes and advertising plans. Regular reporting is also a key responsibility, with the submission of weekly, monthly, periodic, and special reports as required.

? Serves as a liaison between the client and AvMed departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client and member issues.

? Provides clarification and education to the client on AvMed products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
? Bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience required OR HS graduate and 5 years related experience required.

? Related experience includes Administrative, Business Acumen, Customer Relations, Employee Benefits, and Health Insurance Industry.

? Must obtain 240 or 215 license within 90 days of hire.
