About the position

The Systems Principal Engineer - Networking role at CareFirst involves managing, defining, designing, and developing system requirements for IT systems engineering. Responsibilities
? Manage and define system requirements and perform trade-off analyses.

? Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of systems engineering projects.

Requirements
? Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

? 10 years of relevant IT systems engineering experience.

? Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
,
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 days preferred.
