Key Responsibilities
? Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to children, teenagers, and families.

? Engage in structured virtual training that prepares you for continuous professional development.
Required Skills
? Licensed as a Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC in New Jersey (preferably with multiple state licenses).
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to provide effective telehealth care.
? Proficient in using digital platforms such as Zoom, EHR systems, and Google Suite.
? Access to a dependable high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
Qualifications
? Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children, adolescents, and families.
? Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
? Ability to excel in a remote work setting.

Compensation And Benefits
? Competitive salary ranging from (40,000 to )98,650 annually, based on clinical hours; an average therapist billing 28 hours per week can earn approximately $85,000 (excluding bonuses).
