Job Title: Licensed Loan Officer Assistant - Remote

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
? Client Management: Conduct initial consultations to understand client financial goals and homeownership aspirations, manage the pre-approval process by collecting and reviewing documentation, accurately setting up loan applications in our systems, structuring loan qualifications, issuing pre-approval letters, and maintaining consistent communication with clients, real estate agents, and affiliates.
? Transaction Management: Facilitate smooth loan processing by working closely with loan processors and underwriters, proactively identifying and addressing challenges, managing timelines and prioritizing tasks, utilizing LoanSifter for optimal loan options, and confidently negotiating with account executives at lending institutions.
? Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by participating in virtual meetings and training sessions, sharing expertise to enhance team performance, and continuously seeking improvements to processes and client experiences.

Required Skills
? Active NMLS License.
? Strong knowledge of major investor guidelines (Conventional, FHA, VA).
? Proficiency in loan origination systems, particularly ARIVE and LendingPad.
? Familiarity with LoanSifter for comparing loan programs and pricing.
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
? Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
? Positive demeanor paired with a robust work ethic.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending, preferably as a loan processor, underwriter, or loan officer assistant.
? Experience working with a diverse range of clients.
? A Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
? Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits
? Position type: 1099 independent contractor.
? Salary range: (42,500 - )120,000 annually.
