Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant to join our innovative healthcare team. This fully remote position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow with our expanding business. As a key member of our team, you will provide virtual care, manage patient health concerns, and deliver exceptional concierge healthcare services to our clients.

Minimum Requirements
? Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in South Carolina.
? 3+ years of clinical experience as an FNP/PA, with experience in Telehealth or virtual care preferred.
? Current DEA Certification.
? Proficiency in using Telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).
? Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
? Ability to work independently and manage a remote practice environment.

Essential Job Duties

The ideal candidate is capable, motivated, and willing to learn and grow as the position evolves. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you must be able to:
? Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of acute and chronic conditions.
? Develop and implement individualized care plans, emphasizing preventative care and holistic wellness.
? Urgent Care / Primary Care experience preferred

? Provide patient education, counseling, and support for managing health conditions and promoting healthier lifestyles.
? Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
? Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
? Utilize Athenahealth EMR systems efficiently for patient management.
? Supervise and collaborate with Registered Nurses in managing all aspects of patient?s health.

Location

This position will be fully remote. You will perform your work for the Organization at a non-office location and will not have an office or workstation at the Organization?s worksite.
