Responsibilities: ? Promote Loan Factory's brand and services on social media. ? Utilize your network and online presence to identify and recruit qualified loan officers. ? Conduct initial interviews and screen candidates. ? Work closely with the hiring team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements: ? Current or recent experience as a Loan Officer (a Must). ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? Active and engaged presence on social media platforms. ? Ability to consistently meet performance goals. ? Self-motivated and results-oriented.
