About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Account Manager to join our team at Allstate Insurance Agency - Jeremy Usery in Roswell, GA. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing property & casualty insurance accounts. Responsibilities: ? Manage a portfolio of property & casualty insurance accounts ? Provide personalized service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns ? Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements ? Assist clients with claims and provide support throughout the claims process ? Stay up-to-date on insurance products and industry regulations
Requirements: ? 2+ years of experience in property & casualty insurance ? Active property & casualty insurance license ? Strong customer service and communication skills ? Detail-oriented and organized ? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
