The AML Sanctions Advisor Sr - Data Analytics/Data Quality position at PNC is focused on overseeing and enhancing the enterprise-wide AML and Sanctions programs. Responsibilities
? Oversee and enhance effective enterprise-wide AML and Sanctions programs.

? Establish and update Compliance policies and procedures to reflect current laws and regulations.

? Coordinate regulatory examinations and inquiries, including interviews and information requests.

? Define AML and Sanctions program objectives for assigned business lines and operational areas.

? Review AML and Sanctions compliance reports and customer risk profiles, recommending corrective actions as needed.

? Analyze regulatory developments and advise management on proposed rule changes.

? Support business initiatives by identifying AML and Sanctions risks and providing resolutions.
,
? Develop and conduct AML and Sanctions training programs for employees.
Requirements
? 8+ years of industry-relevant experience in AML and Sanctions compliance.

? Bachelor's degree in a related field; higher education such as a Master's or PhD is desirable.

? Experience with data quality, governance, and analytics, including SQL and Python proficiency.

? General BSA/AML experience/exposure.
