Key Responsibilities

? Make over 100 calls daily to connect with prospective clients.
? Build and nurture relationships with clients both remotely and through in-person interactions.
? Collaborate with local professionals to establish a strong referral network.
? Evaluate client needs and provide informed recommendations for optimal insurance coverage.
? Educate clients on the significance of comprehensive insurance protection.

Required Skills
? Exceptional ability to foster relationships and adeptly handle client objections.
? Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to client service.
? Excellent communication capabilities to engage clients effectively.
? Capacity to manage multiple tasks and follow up diligently on leads and client inquiries.

Qualifications
? Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Allstate or a comparable agency (REQUIRED).
? Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role, with the ability to sell at least 20 items monthly (REQUIRED).
? A valid Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
? Prior experience in a remote work setting with a dedicated, quiet workspace (REQUIRED).
