**Key Responsibilities**
As a Co-Op, Airport Customer Service – International Projects and Analytics – blithequark Store, you will be responsible for providing project-based support to our international leaders, focusing on airport operations processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and data-driven decision making. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting process improvement and project management initiatives, working closely with international leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop creative solutions
* Analyzing data from various sources to drive business decisions and inform our continuous improvement efforts
* Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for Managing Directors, Field Directors, and Station Managers, potentially presenting findings to ACS INTL leaders
* Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure work environment for yourself and others
**What You Need to Succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations management, or data science
* Ability to work 14 consecutive weeks, demonstrating your commitment to the role and our team
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, with the ability to work effectively with fellow employees from various backgrounds
* Curiosity and some experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or similar fields (preferred)
* Previous experience in continuous process improvement or similar (preferred)
* Comfortable working in group and individual settings, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
* Ability to write clear and concise reports, with a focus on data-driven insights and recommendations
* Ability to ask questions and follow up to find root causes, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills
* PC-based computer skills, including the use of common database and Microsoft Office software
* Consistently prioritizing safety and security of self, others, and personal data
* Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
* Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States
