Your Mission:
The core mission of the Senior Paid Search/Google Media Buyer is to manage and optimize our client's Google accounts, as well as lead a small Google team.
In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Growth - Grayson Cross.

KPIs you will achieve:
- 95% Monthly Google ROAS to Target
- 95% Monthly Google Spend to Target
Key Responsibilities:
- Scaling Google PPC & Youtube campaigns based on Client North Star Goal
- Collaborate with Pod Teammates to create a holistic strategy
- Representing Google on Internal bi-weekly Client Calls
- Representing Google on External bi-weekly Client Calls
Deal Makers:
- Strategic & Analytical thinker

- Strong understanding of DTC marketplace

Technical Competencies:
- 5+ years of Google Media Buying experience
Compensation:
- $75k-96k
