Position will be primarily responsible for ensuring a positive revenue stream from the sale of ancillary products that may otherwise go unsold or unaccounted in assigned territory. The FMSM, will develop tactics to educate front line team members the best practices to achieve specific sales objectives and overcoming objections and improving the customer experience. The FMSM will be responsible for ensuring positive brand awareness in assigned territory by creating fun and exciting customer social media engagement opportunities. Field Marketing and Sales Manager will develop local relationships, external and internal events, and gorilla marketing techniques to ensure the Frontier Brand is positioned positively in assigned territory. In addition, FMSM should be able to adapt to fill the company?s business needs in ever changing competitive landscape. Successful candidate must exhibit their passion for sales by utilizing their persuasive and artful, outgoing personality!<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Uplift the territory sales volume to its possible best</li><li>Ensure the delivery of sales targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward</li><li>Meet with airport team members to discuss their evolving needs</li><li>Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the territory initiatives</li><li>Provide the necessary support to airport management teams</li><li>Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to increase customer compliance</li><li>Optimize collection of ancillary sales, i.e.: bag, seat & agent assist fees at assigned airport locations.</li><li>Arrange and conduct training sessions for all front-line agents </li><li>Collaborate with Frontier?s airport leadership to ensure goals and objectives are being met</li><li>Review and manage associated sales reports and data and pivot as needed</li><li>Develop creative ways to incentivize airport business partner agents to increase ancillary sales</li><li>Develop creative sales recognition techniques</li><li>Collaborate as appropriate to increase onboard credit card take rates</li><li>Create fun and exciting interaction opportunities with customers by utilizing Frontier mascots</li><li>Utilize customer interactions to capture meaningful and engaging social posts</li><li>Support coordination of top customer dinners, new service announcements and inaugural flight activities</li><li>Support initiatives as needed with local tourist boards and other travel and tourism entities</li><li>Coordinate company events, both internal and external as needed. </li><li>Manage charitable giving and brand promotional opportunities</li><li>Represent and positively position the Frontier brand in assigned territory</li><li>Interact with customers utilizing company provided animal mascot costume<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Other Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree requirement</li><li>2+ years of marketing and sales experience</li><li>Solid social media acumen</li><li>Fun seeker with the ability to create an exciting and fun environment for fellow team members to excel and earn increased financial benefits</li><li>Event planning and execution experience</li><li>Retail sales experience<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sales and revenue generating focus</li><li>Strong Interpersonal communication skill set </li><li>Goal and task oriented</li><li>Self-motivated to achieve </li><li>Ability to motivate others</li><li>Sales and revenue generating focus</li><li>Ability to coach and lead by example </li><li>Ability to instruct others and communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner </li><li>Creative thinker </li><li>Ability to conceive, develop and execute promotional and motivational events </li><li>Impact sales results through effective data interpretation </li><li>Analyze the effectiveness of sales coaching and make appropriate modifications if needed</li><li>Ability to identify issues and offer solutions that result in positive outcome </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment </li><li>Effective time management skills</li><li>Versatile and able to easily adapt to an ever-changing work landscape</li><li>Skilled public speaker</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Equipment Operated<br><br></strong>Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer<br><br><strong>Work Environment/Remote Work Options<br><br></strong><ul><li>Positions available to work remotely out of: Las Vegas, Cincinnati, and Miami.</li><li>If you are not located in one of the designated cities, you must be willing to relocate.</li><li>Remote home based.</li><li>Various airport locations in assigned territory.</li><li>Additional hours will include weekends and evenings.</li><li>60% travel required.</li><li>Must be able to follow our remote work policies, including ability and comfort level working from home with access to a high-speed internet connection<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Effort<br><br></strong>Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.<br><br>Must be physically able to promote the Frontier brand by donning mascot costume<br><br><strong>Supervision Received<br><br></strong>Considerable Latitude: The incumbent establishes methods and procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives, and receives guidance in terms of broad goals.
