Our benefits include comprehensive health plans, paid time off, retirement savings, corporate wellness, educational assistance, corporate discounts and more.<p><br></p><strong>What you?ll do:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Provides administrative and clerical support to the Director of Operations and the team, including faxing, copying, scheduling appointments and conferences and ordering supplies.</li><li>Handles all correspondence for the Director of Operations, including drafting responses and coordination with all departments in providing the information necessary to address the issues at hand.</li><li>Maintains all contract and confidential correspondence files and assures they remain confidential and current.</li><li>Assists with the preparation of meetings and in coordinating local and corporate proposals or strategic meetings.</li><li>Serves as liaison with corporate support staff and handles administrative functions such as human resources, finance and facilities.</li><li>Finance: Coordinates the procurement of goods and services for the office. Serves as contact person for all facilities issues including coordination of maintenance calls and requests, equipment and keys.</li><li>Coordinates all mailroom activities.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><em>The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.</em><p><br></p><strong>What you?ll need:</strong><p><br></p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>High School graduate or GED; Associates degree from a business or secretarial school desirable.</li><li>Must live in the state of Florida</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Excellent organizational, verbal/written communications and interpersonal relationship skills essential.</li><li>Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment and set priorities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.</li><li>Experience with an Inbox</li><li>Ability to interact with various levels of personnel, both clinical and non-clinical.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Thank You!</strong><p><br></p>We know your time is valuable and we thank you for applying for this position.
