<strong>Overview<br><br></strong><strong>Remote - In North Division (Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Michigan)<br><br></strong>This role is critical in supporting financial and performance plans within our Warehouse function. This role will support by presenting weekly results, leading periodic close and forecast activities, and preparing periodic operating reviews. Also, the role will support financial close/forecasting/planning activities for the fleet and transport cost centers.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support Markets and Locations in period close and forecast activities. </li><li>Prepare monthly financial reviews and provide analytics and commentary for variances to plan and forecast. </li><li>Lead location/market volume forecasting process and calibration reviews </li><li>Support all financial activities for Fleet/Transport cost centers including period close/forecast/plan. </li><li>Present weekly performance results to GM/Market Directors and UGMs (Unit General Manager) </li><li>Develop performance scorecards <li>Support market margin expansion initiatives through analysis and assessment of risk/opportunities </li><li>Enhance/support financial literacy of market/location teams. </li><li>Assist management of GBS (Global Business Solution) finance team </li><li>Support senior manager on transformation projects. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>3+ years of previous accounting or budget/financial analysis experience </li><li>Prefer previous consumer products related industry experience. </li><li>Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills </li><li>Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes. </li><li>People skills to manage information-gathering requests and have a positive influence on team members. </li><li>Self-starter, results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. </li><li>Proficient (Intermediate to Advanced) at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and able to quickly learn various in-house software. </li><li>Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change. </li><li>This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States <br><br></li></ul><strong>Compensation and Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850 based on a full-time schedule.</li><li>Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary</li><li>Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.</li><li>Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.</li><li>In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.<br><br></li></ul><strong>EEO Statement<br><br></strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.<br><br>PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity<br><br>If you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law <br>Please view our Pay Transparency Statement
