Senior Analyst Global Serialization
Posted 2025-03-14The Opportunity The position holder will provide operational support to ensure that CSL Behring products are Serialized at all CSL manufacturing sites according to country-specific requirements and CSL Behring Global standards. Through trouble shooting and the definition of corrective and preventive measures, the position holder will work with manufacturing site technical experts to prevent disruptions to product supply during final packaging processes. The position holder will oversee or participate in projects to implement new global requirements on Serialization and Anti-Counterfeiting at CSL manufacturing sites contract manufacturers (CMOs). This activity will require the acquisition, evaluation and interpretation of national and globally applicable guidance and regulations. Success of these projects requires the accurate provision and presentation of information and proposals to partners, for example at the CSLB manufacturing sites, Commercial Operations, and external partners. The position holder will have responsibility for the coordination and management of global Serialization data by the development and control of interfaces (EDI) with external partners, including national regulatory agencies. Develop working instructions, Standard Operating Procedure Documents, and training documentation and provide training for staff globally. Lead projects to improve business processes along the global supply chain. The Role Main Interfaces CSLB: manufacturing sites; Packaging and Warehousing CSL Seqirus Contract Manufacturer (CMO) Global Logistics and Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL) Global Regulatory Affairs, Quality; Commercial Operations, Life Cycle Management External Serialization Systems and Services Providers National Track and Trace Organization and Systems Serialization SAP Operational Responsibilities Maintain Master Data in SAP ATTP. Management of the global number ranges for serial numbers and serialized shipment container codes (SSCC). Assure external serial numbers (authority e.g., China, Russia) are available at manufacturing sites. Assure serialization daily operations by managing aggregation and status changes in case of exception handling through the whole supply chain including. Correct issues /trouble shooting in ATTP and ICH. Perform data integrity checks and trigger authority reporting. Monitor global interfaces to exchange serialization data with authorities. Implement Serialization Requirements at Sites of Manufacture Acquire and investigate market-specific serialization requirements and communicate to the Global Serialization Management Team and CSLB Manufacturing and Packaging departments. Collaborate with the all partners to ensure that all aspects of serialization for a defined market (country/region) have been addressed and ensure that all site implementation plans follow global serialization implementation strategy. Collaborate with the CSLB manufacturing site and technical experts to provide an organized, and correct technical realization of requirements through review and evaluation of business processes and the business applications. Provide regular update reports to the Logistics Serialization Management Team to monitor progress and provide proposals for adjustments. Serialization Operational Responsibilities at CSLB Sites of Manufacture Provide immediate support to provide solutions to all serialization-related issues or incidents at Own and all other CSLB manufacturing sites. Provide support to all interface related topics improving or being impacted by serialization. Support Serialization Team members and Site Technical Experts Define corrective and preventive measures to ensure resolution. Communicate all issues promptly to notify management. Supply Chain Interface Management and Development Monitor interfaces for electronic data exchange (EDI) with external partners along the global supply chain. Develop common user requirements and communicate them to SMEs, IT and external supply chain partners. Develop concepts for increased use of EDI along the global supply chain. Documentation Document processes along the global supply chain Create working instructions and SOPs. User-Training Develop training documentation for systems / business processes used in Serialization and the global supply chain. Train colleagues and other staff in the business processes used. Project work (not Serialization related) Develop and implement improvements by setting up project teams (global), managing project budgets, timelines and staff. Participate in global project teams. Your skills and Experience Degree (Bachelor/Master) in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology or Logistics or related field preferred Local language, English language fluency, German language is a plus. More than 3-years? experience in a regulated industry preferably in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment with exposure to supply chain, logistics, track and trace or related disciplines. Experience working in and knowledge of multiple aspects of warehousing, distribution, inventory control and transportation. SAP ATTP and SAP ICH. GS1 Standards. Proficient in MS Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word. Project management skills.
