Who we?re looking for Toyota?s Corporate Marketing ? Incentives & Recognition Corporate Communications Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Incentive Planning Senior Analyst The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement Toyota Division?s new vehicle incentive... strategy. Reporting to the Incentive Strategy Manager, the person in this role will support the department?s objectives by leveraging analytics in the monthly planning and creation of the Toyota Division incentive programs while achieving new vehicle sales and profit objectives of TMNA. What you?ll be doing Develop monthly incentive strategies/programs on select vehicles to ensure sales objectives are met in the most cost-efficient manner Review vehicle performance using data to analyze and visualize opportunities/challenges Accurately input national incentive strategy & data (Sales, Residual Values, TFS rates, etc.) into our cloud-based incentive application Collaborate with our business partner to continually enhance the features of our cloud-based incentive application Prepare & present monthly and ad-hoc executive presentations and incentive cost analysis for various groups (Finance, Sales, Executives, Pricing, Field Offices, etc.) Develop and update new vehicle incentive contra budget throughout the year on select vehicles Incentive Budget & Monthly Proposal file management for SOX compliance What you bring Bachelor?s degree in business or related field Experience with other data visualization tools, such as Tableau Advanced and proven analytical skills Ability to work quickly and independently Strong communication/relationship skills High proficiency use of Excel, PowerPoint & Word Building presentation decks and presenting to executives to gain buy in Added bonus if you have Automotive experience, at least 3 years with Toyota or related work experience Ability to independently analyze data opinions and develop recommendations Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Understand the value and maintain business dialog within HQ, Field Offices and with Senior Management Familiarity with Workout, PIN Explorer, POLK and other data sources What we?ll bring During your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
