Job Description:

Zocdoc is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support to our... clients.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat support
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
• Meet or exceed performance goals set by the company

Requirements:
• Resourceful and confident personality traits
• Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using online chat support platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the US
