Responsibilities
? Analyze results of studies, reports, and analyses.

? Prepare complex financial analysis projects to summarize current and projected financial information.

? Research and prepare financial reports.

? Manage and review the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly financial analysis.

? Conduct special studies to analyze complex financial actions.

? Assist in the preparation and submission of budgets and forecasts.

? Establish, modify, document, and implement methods and control procedures.

? Assist other analysts, consultants, and managers with complex analysis.

? Share technical expertise with others and recommend process improvements.

? Provide functional advice or training to less experienced financial analysts.

Requirements
? Broad knowledge of core Finance principles and basic understanding of the corporate accounting process (forecast, invoicing, chargeback, accruals, etc.), preferably with experience in IT.

? Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver output exercising judgment and discretion consistently.

? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.

? 5+ years' experience in accounting and finance preferred, with some financial management experience required.

? Strong analytical and quantitative data-analysis skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.

? Strong to expert skills in data transformation using MS Excel or Access.

? Ability to work well both independently and in teams.

? Excellent organization and communication skills, both written and verbal.
