Responsibilities
? Partner with real estate professionals to generate loan referrals.

? Provide mortgage loan services to clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.

? Utilize a variety of loan products to meet client needs, including Non-QM and Down Payment Assistance programs.

? Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.

? Maintain relationships with realtors to foster ongoing business opportunities.

Requirements
? Active Florida MLO License for 2024.

? Bilingual in Spanish and English.

? Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loan Partner or Loan Officer/Originator.

? Experience in self-generating leads with various loan products.

Nice-to-haves
? Experience with Encompass LOS and SimpleNexus for point of sale.

? Familiarity with Bonzo CRM and Mortgage Marketing Automation.
