Quality Controls Program Director - Commercial / Consumer Lending

Description:
? Responsible for overseeing and driving the development, implementation, and management of programs within the lending organization.
? This role ensures that products, services, and processes meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
? Review all proposed credit programs and new partner on-boarding plans to ensure appropriate quality assurance and risk management checks.
? Design, implement, and maintain programs to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products and services.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
? Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
? Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) representing critical dimensions ? quality, financial, throughput, and risk.
? Identify potential risks related to quality and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.

Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. Master's degree preferred. ? Typically, 8+ years? experience in a variety of roles in the financial services industry, with emphasis in Lending disciplines ? Strong understanding of industry compliance standards and guidelines ? Proficient communicator with executive and senior level management ? Quality Management ? Strategic Vision ? Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities ? Regulatory Knowledge and Compliance ? Communication and Collaboration
