Teller and Customer Service Rep Responsibilities: ? Process customer transactions ? Provide customer service and answer general questions ? Cross-sell financial institution's products and services ? Provide account services to customers ? Balance cash drawer and ATM ? Scan teller transactions in preparation for electronic submission

Teller and Customer Service Rep Requirements: ? Excellent customer service skills ? Strong communication skills ? Ability to use and learn computer-based systems ? Attention to detail
