Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
? Review and research business problems impacting the New Business team.
? Collaborate with leaders, peers, and stakeholders on solutions.
? Drive execution of solutions to improve team results.
? Identify gaps and track improvements throughout the project.
? Communicate progress and report changes to stakeholders.
? Present project outcomes and learnings at the internship's end.
About You:
Candidates should possess the following:
? Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office?.
? Ability to quickly learn AssetMark technology systems.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to self-direct, manage time, and prioritize tasks.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Positive, team-oriented attitude.
? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Compensation & Benefits:
? Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour.
