As a bolt property & casualty sales agent you will:
? Provide insurance recommendation, quotes, and issue policies
? Present cross- sell opportunities to your clients.
? Build client relationships based on trust and integrity
? Make recommendations to clients based upon their needs
? P&C License is REQUIRED, and you must have a minimum of one-year experience, selling either personal or commercial lines
Responsibilities: ? Must work well in a fast-paced team environment ? Confident self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment ? Adapts well to new processes and procedures ? Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills
Compensation/Benefits:
? Based on experience
? Competitive bi-weekly sales incentives based on performance metrics
? Up to 10% shift differential will be added for core hours ending 7:00 pm and later CST time and 8:00 pm and later EST
