Job Overview

We are in search of an accomplished and detail-oriented Project Manager to become a vital member of our Project Management Office (PMO) team. Reporting directly to the Director of Program Management, you will be instrumental in efficiently managing client software implementation projects. This role necessitates close collaboration with various cross-functional teams, such as Product Management, Development, Business Analysts, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership, ensuring client needs are met within a rapidly changing environment.

Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, fostering and maintaining a trusted advisory relationship.
? Lead the planning, definition, and execution of implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery of all tasks, milestones, and project objectives.
? Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Analysts, Development, and QA, to ensure all project outcomes align with client expectations.
? Partner with Business Analysts to guarantee the creation of accurate documentation encompassing business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
? Create and deliver training materials for both clients and internal teams.
? Proactively identify and manage potential risks or issues, applying industry best practices.
? Regularly communicate project status and updates to the executive team.
? Work alongside Product Management to balance client requirements with product development priorities, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered.

Required Skills
? Strong technical skills, including knowledge of sFTP, APIs, file formats, integrations, and HTML.
? Proven experience in successfully implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
? Familiarity with the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or hub industries is advantageous.
? Previous experience in a consulting or implementation role working directly with clients.
? Hands-on experience with complex, client-facing project management, particularly in Agile development methodologies.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
? Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.

Qualifications
? A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in managing intricate software projects, including client-facing endeavors.
? Expertise in the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred but not a strict requirement.
? Knowledge of Agile development practices is a plus.
