We are a growing online real estate education business offering pre-license classes, continuing education, and professional development courses. We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our social media, marketing efforts, partnership development, and general administrative tasks.

This is a remote, flexible position ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing, social media management, and administrative support who enjoys working independently and efficiently.

?? Key Responsibilities

?? Marketing & Social Media Support
? Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, brokerages, and organizations to expand course reach.
? Schedule and post content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to engage potential students.
? Create simple promotional graphics using Canva for social media and marketing materials.
? Assist with email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp).
? Monitor social media engagement, respond to basic inquiries, and track key metrics.

?? Administrative & General Support
? Respond to student and customer inquiries via email.
? Organize files, maintain spreadsheets, and update records.
? Set up and manage Zoom webinars.
? Assist with light research tasks for content, marketing initiatives, and industry trends.
? Support course-related administrative tasks (uploading materials, formatting documents).

?? Ideal Candidate Qualifications

? Tech-Savvy ? Comfortable with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Thinkific, Kajabi, or similar platforms.

? Marketing & Social Media Knowledge ? Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.

? Strong Communication & Outreach Skills ? Professional, friendly, and able to establish partnerships.

? Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented ? Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and track engagement data.

? Self-Starter ? Can work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.

?? Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
? Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
? Experience in real estate industry marketing or partnerships.
? Familiarity with basic video editing or webinar management.
