Responsibilities
? Provide first level information and order support accurately for veterinary clinics and retail partners.

? Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes between partners and clinics.

? Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of contact.

? Process nutrition prescription approvals via fax, WRX, or verbal communications.

Requirements
? High School diploma or equivalent.

? 1 year Customer Service experience.

? Veterinary experience, preferred.

? Ability to deliver exceptional customer service through clear and concise communication, actively listening to customer needs, and maintaining a positive attitude.

? Demonstrate sound judgment to discern when to independently resolve issues and when to escalate to leadership for guidance or assistance.
