What You'll Do

As a Senior Visual Designer, you?ll shape the visual language of a revolutionary health and finance brand across all channels. You?ll:
? Drive our visual expression forward and, with careful hands, shape it into something truly special
? Collaborate with the marketing, product, and writing teams to create campaigns, viral stunts, product launches, welcome kits, emails, physical cards, and more
? Evolve our visual aesthetic through constant experimentation, staying ahead of the curve, not behind it
? Elevate the look and feel of everything we do by bringing a level of polish and magic into everything we ship
? Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of collaboration and creativity

What You'll Need
? 4+ years of experience in visual design at a creative agency or in-house design team
? Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (bonus points for motion design or illustration)
? Design portfolio that showcases your eye for good design and attention to detail
? Demonstrated collaboration in a remote-first environment and enjoy sharing work early and often
? Proven comfortability with the ambiguity that comes with working on an early-stage brand
? Proven self-starter?there?s always something you want to do, learn, and grow in as a designer
