Responsibilities: ? Lead, motivate and manage a team of claims investigators to achieve desired results ? Provide ongoing guidance and feedback to team members ? Monitor and enforce the adherence to state and federal regulations that govern the claims investigation process ? Develop and maintain relationships with other departments within Allstate to ensure customer satisfaction ? Conduct reviews of team performance and provide necessary coaching ? Develop and implement strategies to improve team processes and procedures ? Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner ? Handle escalated customer service issues ? Prepare reports and presentations for management review ? Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to address them
